I had a wonderful experience on my recent visit to the dentist. The front office staff was courteous and professional, exceeding my expectations in customer service. Mona and Dr. Keith both worked diligently to address my concerns and brighten my smile. Last but not least, I would like to express my gratitude to Marcella, who put me at ease as a patient and got me scheduled to come back. All in all, my visit to dentfirst was one of the best.

Dr. Chad Triggs was awesome!!! I’m terrified of going to the dentist. I wasn’t even able to stop my tears before the treatment))))) He was talking to me the whole time. He explained every step he was doing and commented the TV show to distract me, to calm me down and to make me feel comfortable. Thank you Doctor for being professional and understanding! I received notice that I am being charged falsely for an appointment they claimed that I had on July 8. I originally had an appointment scheduled on July 1 but THEY cancelled since THEY did not have a hygienist in the office. I NEVER agreed to the change to July 8 and frankly really disappointed in the ongoing deterioration of service. I still have the original voicemail of the cancellation. They also set up an appointment for my son to have a tooth removed. We call to confirm a week later and they claim there's no appointment. I call back the next week and the office manager claims we never showed up for the appointment! So unbelievable how poor the experience has been with this office.

ABSOLUTELY WORST dentist ever. Drove here for two hours. Worst experience ever. I called three times ahead of time to let them know I’ll be around 15 mins late. Prior to the meeting, they never told me there is a 15 min grace period. They never texted me, or emailed me anything remotely close to this. The front desk did nothing and had a very atrocious attitude. I got there 16 mins late, the stuck up hygienist told me that she’s unwilling to take me. 1. Their excuse for not taking me in is that I am delaying the next patient. When I first got to my exam at dentfirst, I WAITED AN HOUR for a 10 min exam. Don’t tell me about delaying the next appointment. 2. They NEVER informed me about 15 mins grace period, not a text, not a phone call, not an email. Drove two hours for a non-existing appointment. Just because I am 1 min late, I took off work to come, drove two hours in total, just to get a ‘no we cannot perform the cleaning since we will be delaying the next patient’. First time here, last time here. Unprofessional, no sympathy, high charge for non-existent appointment. DO NOT COME HERE, PLACE IS A SCAM. Treats patients with no sympathy.

Just got a cleaning with Kristy ! I love her she makes sure she gets in depth and gives you the nice cleansing you need . rough is an understatement when you know your teeth are cleaned correctly. Great job Kristy. And from the manager Marcella and to the front desk girls they will make sure you are helped and serviced with all your insurance/financial needs in a timely manner.

During my first visit I had some issues with the service and the office experience but Sandy from the corporate office contacted me to understand the problem. She spoke with office staff, manager and insurance to resolve it. She was constantly in touch with me since helped me to complete my cleaning treatment. So I am updating my review to 5. Thanks
